My order still hasn’t arrived / How can I view the status of my order?

Once your order has been shipped we will provide you with a tracking number so that you can track the status of your order directly. If you have not yet received an order confirmation email or a tracking number please let us know immediately and we will be happy to help. Be sure to check your email spam folder in case the order confirmation or tracking number has been sent there. If your item(s) does not arrive within the timeframes shown below, please send us a message and we will locate the status of your order. To view our shipping policies please refer to our shipping page located at the bottom of this article.

DOMESTIC

For domestic orders made inside the United States, you should expect your order to arrive within 5-7 business days.

INTERNATIONAL

For international orders made outside the United States, you should expect your order to arrive within 7-14 business days.

How do I order wholesale?

We work with models and influencers of all shapes and sizes, no matter how tall or how short. We are always searching for a look that is interesting, beautiful, authentic and human. If you believe you have had dealings with or communications from an imposter, contact the Better Business Bureau, the FBI, or other law enforcement agencies. How can I sign up for your Newsletter? / I signed up to your Newsletter but haven’t received a confirmation email.

To sign up to our Newsletter please click the “Contact” link at the top of this page. There will be a sign-up form at the bottom of our “Contact” page on our website. To sign-up please enter your name and email. You will then have to confirm your email sign-up by logging into your emails and clicking our confirmation link we sent you. This double-opt-in method allows you to have more control over your sign-up process. If you can’t find our confirmation email, please check your spam folder.
