Items purchased from our online store should arrive within 5-7 business days. If you are making an international order, your item should arrive within 7-14 business days. If you have questions concerning a customer order or a lost item please email us at: atomictribeofficial@gmail.com as soon as possible. If your shipping and billing addresses are different, please be sure that your shipping address is where you intend the item to be shipped to. If you accidentally input an unintended address into your order form, please email us immediately so that we may stop your order before it is shipped and change it accordingly. We are not liable for your order if it has already been shipped to an unintended address. You will have to pay the original shipping fee and product cost again in order to re-ship or re-order a product. All items are final sale. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES AFTER CHECKOUT.

For some product orders, your shipping address and name is subject to third-party stores and individuals in order to process a shipment and ship a product to you (the customer), as we use a drop-shipping system with our partner companies. This method does not apply to items that are solely manufactured by us, available at our online store. This method only applies to our brand affiliate’s products available at our online store.
